Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your creative journey with Sculpd, but if your pottery kits or home accessories aren't quite right, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all clay packs remain vacuum-sealed and tools are in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unused Sculpd products in their original box, ensuring that all clay, paints, and tools are securely cushioned for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our studio team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
